Formulir baru ini berlaku mulai tanggal 1 Juli 2009. Sedangkan untuk formulir yang lama, masih dapat digunakan sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2009.

Regulation regarding the new tax payment form (SSP / Surat Setoran Pajak) can be downloaded from the official website of the Directorate General of Tax here.
This new form is in use starting from 1 July 2009. The old form can still be used up to 31 December 2009.
